The information on this site is general plumbing information. It is not a substitute for an inspection of your home by a licensed plumber.

Safety information, such as what to do in a gas smell or flooding, is general guidance. In a true emergency, call 911.

Booking and pricing

Service is booked by phone at (508) 389-4045. You receive a clear price before work starts, and work begins only after you agree to it.

Prices depend on the cause, access, materials, permits and time of day, so no price on this site is a quote for your job.

Licensing and permits

In Massachusetts, plumbing work generally requires a licensed plumber and, for many jobs, a permit from the local plumbing inspector. The Massachusetts plumbing code (248 CMR) sets the standard for this work. You can verify a plumber's licence with the Board of State Examiners of Plumbers and Gas Fitters.
